It's Been A While...

There've been quite a few changes since the last devlog. Firstly, there's been progress in the realism of the animations. The trunk open animation has been enhanced, allowing it to fully open to its actual height. The falcon doors now feature different animations based on your proximity, attempting to simulate the sensors and dynamic opening of the falcon doors in real life more affordably. Besides the animations, there have been improvements to the phone app. There's a new Tesla model for a more accurate representation, meaning the phone app no longer uses the car model as the phone's representation of the car. Speaking of the phone app, Sentry Mode has seen multiple improvements, including more accurate camera positions and a slightly more polished look—still plenty of work to be done there.

The progress of the rear screen is a mixed bag. The theater now works, allowing the use of YouTube, Netflix, Disney+, and Twitch from the rear screen. While this is a positive development, it has also introduced more bugs within the rear screen. As for the front screen, there's still no progress except for a dodgy interactable map. Sound improvements are currently in the works along with a lot of bug fixing. The next devblog you see won't feature any major additions; instead, it will hopefully include a ton of fixes for things that should have been fixed ages ago.
